Ray of Light

My mom came home from the record store in 1998 with the Celine Dion CD for me not this one. I threw a fit, got a ride, and used my babysitting money to purchase this album. I’ve had to replace it twice and it’s literally what got me into yoga. I’ve been teaching yoga and dancing to this album for 25 years! Madonna made Music after this and American Life. Could have stopped there.

Decades later and this is still her best album ever.

The vocals, ambient sounds, absolutely chilling and a masterpiece. Best album of her career

This is a amazing song, I love it so much, I wish I could sing along to it and make a remix of it if my own.

I remember hearing this with the pop dance sound influenced by the electronic & techno sound of the time from Europe..such a beautiful song! And when I heard Madonna explain that she wrote it when she had her daughter made the lyrics all the more beautiful! A truly timeless, beautiful song!
