  • Terrible!

    By Architecture and Morallity
I have been a DM for a few years now. I first started listening to them when I was 9. I am 13 now and still huge fan. But this album is easily their worst work yet! 4 questions, #1 What the heck happened to David's voice??? #2 What happened to their classic sound from the 80's. #3 Why can't they put some effort into making some good songs, all of them sound the same. #4 What happened to that nice bouncing beat. If you want a song from this album only buy "Heaven" it is the only good track on this album. HEAVEN IS A MASTERPIECE, THE REST IS GARBAGE. This has been written by a huge 13 year old DM fan.
  • Great album

I really enjoyed this album, my favourite songs so far - Welcome to My World, Angel, You Should Be Higher - just saw the concert last weekend and it was AWESOME.

I beat Injustice: Gods Among Us, an heard this song in the credits. I looked for it on ITunes, and when I bought this album, I was not disappointed!!
  • Delta Machine Soothes my Soul

I've been a fan since my 80's LA days. I just bought the new album. You just keep bringing the WOW factor to every new production. So well written I can't make up which song I like best. Now I'll have to go to the concert. From what I've seen on the web, it looks to be a great show. See you there. By the way, I've never felt strong enough about any album to review it. This one deserves FIVE BIG STARS.
  • Ugh.

No thanks, I wouldn't purchase this, and I've been a fan of theirs for 20+ years.
  • Rubbish

It is hard for me to find an album, collectively by it tracks, by DM, that I would consider complete garbage. This album is an abomination. A band is to progress, musically and creatively. This album takes them back to an infantile stage. Complete rubbish, front to back. I am embarrassed for them. I look forward to their next album. I am a big fan of DM.
  • one good song on the album

look at the popularity bars by the song tracks! there's a reason "Soothe My Soul" is the most bought track on this album, it's the only upbeat and catchy song here! DM was built on songs like World in My Eyes, Black Celebration, and Never Let Me Down. Where is that sound? Where are those danceable rhythms? Not found here, although I will admit to cranking the radio when Live105 plays S.M.S. Too bad it's the only good single, and nothing more to look forward to off Delta Machine. :(
  • One of the best DM albums!!!!

    By Saleem Mehal
Even after all these years DM still manages to come up with great stuff.
  • I LOVE Depeche Mode!

  • Diggin' it

A LOT to like here...the bluesy direction...natural flow...well-written, well-composed songs...great vocals. With this effort these guys prove, once again, that they are absolute pro's. Thank you again, DM. See you in Brooklyn.
