I think some of you all are being a little harsh here. This is a good song and fun to listen and gets you moving. Not every song the man puts out Is going to be Southside of Heaven. That's catching lightning in a bottle. However, I have been a fan of Bingham before he could be found on ITunes and this is not a drastic departure in his song writing. I believe it is more like his early works than anything on Junky Star. And just because the man lives in California instead of Texas doesn't mean he has forgotten how to write a good song. In fact, this song proves that.

Ryan is slowly but surely straying away from what made him such a great artist. He needs to get back to his roots. California will be the death of him.

Don't know what happened to this guy, but he isn't putting out the quality of music that he once did. He needs to get back to the simple sounds and give up on trying to be a rock star.

Wishbone saloon, Mescalito, and Road House Sun were outstanding albums. Junky Star was ok.. But if the album is close to this I'm already disappointed, but I guess that's what happens when you move to California and lose your roots...
Ugh….

So glad to hear some Roadhouse Sun style rocking. Hope it is a sign of more to come! Put North Carolina on your tour! Heck Virginia or South Carolina and I would still go!
