This is indeed the classic. 'Nice Guy' is still their greatest single and it fits on here like a dirty white glove holding a baby doll's head. There's a lot of gutsy stuff for its time here, and the 'Unfinished Sweet' is the funniest gruesome song the group ever did. The place to start with Alice.

I saw this tour at William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA about a week before this album came out and it was the best concert that I ever went through. When I got the album I played it continuously and I still have it. One of my all time favorites.

This is one awesome album! Cooper put together an unforgettable album and a monster top 10 worthy single ("No More Mr Nice Guy") that shamed his mother. The title track has some cool guitar, "Unfinished Sweet" and "Generation Landslide" provided good stories, and the eeriness of "Sick Things" and "I Love The Dead" is classic Alice. But the real way to hear this is live. AKA The Deluxe Edition!

I don't know what all the fuss is over the sound bite for BDB preview of the song saying its Generation landslide. The 2 previews I heard were definately two different tunes. BDB's was what it was supposed to be and so was GL. I burned up at least 3 of these albums back in the day as well as a coulpe of cassettes. It doesn't get any better if your an old time ALice fan or just learning about this great group, Buy this album, its a great addition to any rock collection. This is the Best Alice GRuop he ever put together as well as being the original group.

Billion Dollar Babies is the in my opinion is the best Alice Cooper record made with the original line up. Totally original and cutting edge for it's time. My parents gave it to me for Christmas with Dark Side of the Moon and some other stuff. Little did they know a year later I would have Alice hanging literally on my wall with the poster that came with the album Killer, I was 14. Rock doesn't get more fun, crazy, guitar packed than this record with big production by producer Bob Ezrin who also produced Pink Floyd's The Wall. Best songs are Generation Landslide, Billion Dollar Babies, Elected, Raped and Freezing, No More Mr Nice Guy. I will never grow tired of this album. If you have never bought an Alice Cooper record this is a great one to start with. Long live Alice and we miss you Glen Buxton.... To see Alice play with the original members minus glen at the Rock n Roll hall of fame show was just awesome. I wish they would regroup and do one more album, after all Michael Bruce wrote many of their songs. Cmon Alice give us kids a break and I will see you again live in September, I go every year and it's always a blast.
