This album is one of the hottest albums of the late 90s. Busta remains in my mind an unparalleled wordsmith, spitting rhymes and lyrics faster and more concisely than any rapper to date.

Probably his best album!! I was rocking this in highschool every day! This is what rap should be!
  • Definitely the most underrated Busta Joint

This album dropped my sophomore year in HS. It was IMO (at the time) the hardest hitting Busta album to date. The music was quirky, the skits hilarious (Chris Rock's Uranium Card), and Busta established himself as one of the lyrically quickest rappers around. It's a shame it didn't get the spins it deserved. If you missed out then, don't sleep jump on it now.

One of the many great unsung albums of late 90's. I was young but always did like Busta Rhymes style and that's what attracted me to this cd. I'm glad i looked up Gimme Some More!!! cause this whole album was fire.

This is my favorite Busta album. This pretty much defined him. His charisma and craziness were top notch on this album and it also the first album where he had speed-rap tracks (Gimme Some More, Iz They Wildin Wit Us). This album is definitely worth buying!! Its also one of the last real hip hop albums. (Until Busta drops E.L.E. 2 and Nas drops "Life is Good" this year!!!) You want some real hip hop? Buy this. And anything by The Notorious B.I.G., Nas, and 2Pac. I'm glad Nas and Bus are bringing good stuff back!! Lil Wayne, Drake, and all them sucky new school rappers bout to lose they're jobs!!!
