I have had not an ounce of Christianity put in my life, maybe gone to church ten times in my life, but theres something about Brandon Heath's music that instantly touches somewhere deep in my heart. I can feel straight through the song to my soul and understand every word. I love the song Don't Get Comfortable, but then again I love them all. Wonderful music, great for playing on a road trip or putting the little ones to sleep softly or when you get off work and a bad day. I love his music, would give more stars if it were possible

This whole album is awesome. I think every song should be top in popularity. Brandon Heath puts all of himself into every song he sings and it shows how God can touch people through music.

Often times songs can speak to one's heart differently then what the writer could have intended. For me "I'm not who I was" is a song of comfort dealing with legalism growing up particularly in my teen years. Both at my private school and youth group at church, I was made to feel so unworthy of heaven and Christ's atonement for my life. I was looked at as one who was unsaved because of my appearance and styles of music that I listened to. Praise the Lord that Christ has forgiven me for my bitterness to my fellow brothers in the Lord whom like the friends of Job may have been sincere but were wrong. I too have been forgiven by God's grace for taking my eyes off the Author & Finisher of my faith and losing my love for the Lord based on how others tried to interpret true christianity. Thanks for the song Brandon!
