Get it ,one for the ages !!!
  • As good as it gets

    By name is taken
Saw this tour, and I have listened to this for close to 20 years! I often call it greatness as a mistake, as it is called tenderness. However, it displays greatness.
  • Quintessential Jarreau!!!!

    By NCLocke
I have been listening to Al Jarreau since my senior year in high school (1976), when he was the opening act for George Benson's Breezing tour. Tenderness is one of his best albums. It's reminescent of "Look to the Rainbow" and "This Time." It's a must have for serious jazz fans.
  • Impeccable

    By Chcknhed
I first received this album in high school and I swooned at the sheer beauty and skill Jarreau used to execute each and every song. He's a master of his craft and surrounded himself with other masters for this live album. Amazing, beautiful, haunting and groundbreaking. I played the cd so many times I wore the tracks off...
  • A Grrreat Collaboration of Talent

    By Tenacious Lord
Disregard the reviewer Ginsell particularly on My Favorite Things where Ms Battle and AL combine Americas classical Music (Jazz) and classical opera just simply works listen and you won`t feel so bad . :-) Just might turn out to be one of your Favorites.

Highly eclectic - something for everyone and definitely for ANYONE who appreciates Improvisational Jazz Vocals. Jarreau is a Master Craftsman, who knows how to magnify his immense talent by surrounding himself with an entourage of great artists lending strong support, producing this rich and rare gem. This is one of the great live albums of all time and I don't make that statement likely - satisfaction guaranteed!
  • Al Jarreau´s best piece

    By Lander Mac
I´ve know him for more than 30 years and believe me this is his best album, he just simply brings out the best in him. It just does not make sense to not have this album in your library, it will become a continuous listening of all times and a favourite to share. E N J O Y ¡¡
