I preordered the album, why isn't it avaliable to download? They want you to buy the single they get charged again when the album is released..

Here we go again!! Pre bought the album. And as each individual song is released iTunes is telling me that it will cost an additional $1.29 to download it. Seriously?? Some one screwed this up.
