My subject line said my exact thoughts. He delivers consistent message after message with each song, and album release. He is one of those rare once in a lifetime artist. There is no doubt in my mind when it’s all said and done, we will see K. Dot’s blueprint left in Hip-Hip like the greats that came before him!

This Project wasn’t good or worth the wait. I like 3 songs out of 18-19 and most of the beats sound outdated like throwaways from TPAB
  • I love this album!

If all you’ve ever heard your entire life is the Top 40 from your local radio station, this album will sound drastically different than what you’re used to. This is music for advanced listeners, not what’s going viral on TikTok. Kendrick delivered us 18 songs, two discs worth of his poetic mastery displayed in this stunningly sharp production. There’s a full spectrum of genres to carry you throughout this track list. Only after a dozen or more listens can you truly appreciate the minute details buried within each song. Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers is without a doubt one of the best albums 2022 has seen this far. Take a chance, listen all the way through. Strap in, and turn up the headphones!

Title says it all. I’m not one to listen to music like that, like that, but this album got me through a cross country trip due to a death. I have never gotten a Kendrick Lamar album (shame on me), maybe listened to a song here and there but this one has me now exploring his catalog. From Die Hard, to Silent Hill to Count Me Out (my favorite), this one right here is 🔥☄️
