Perhaps I’m mistaken, but did I miss the turning point of this band from dynamic to dour? I know this is not the 1980’s and they are superior songwriters. I cannot like this no matter how many times I listen.

Roland needs to lose his long time accompanist - Mr. Curt Smith! Roland's voice is lost and the din and one is constantly searching for Roland's genius touch...

What an amazing album to release at this point in time. These songs resonate mature Tears for Fears sound in touch with their masterful past recordings all the while staying current. I had the pleasure of seeing them live in concert in 1989 during Sewing the seeds of Love tour at the Garden State art center in New Jersey! I will be seeing them come June on Long Island New York definitely anticipating as good if not better show that I saw back in 1989 when they were in a prime thank you for this recent gift of music ad the memories that stoked by and are attached to them! I must buy … 👍🏼

Saw TFF in person a couple of weeks ago and they are the whole package. Amazing vocals, great band with plenty of well-loved classics they could have leaned on all night long but their new album is so very good. Very rare to hear new magic in a band with forty years under their belt. Quickly becoming my favorite album from these two. See Tears For Fears Live!

I'm a long-time Tears fan. Was very much looking forward to this release. After repeated listening, I think its just OK. A few-not many-good tracks. Its a little dull and unremarkable. They are capable of much more.
  • Great return

This album is great. Some old sound and some new sound. Both Roland and Curt’s voices sound amazing. The tracks also have some deep lyrics not just pop garbage. I also saw them live and they did not disappoint. Glad to see good quality music even 40 years later.
