I just love it

I love this album, and she really worked hard to put it together. They all have unique sounds that are different from her previous album, and I think that is good because she is showing us a new type of music that I havent heard any other artist show.

I love how lyrical the music is. Every beat brings with it new meaning. Something that you can listen to over and over, slowly getting the grasp of its meaning, while also being able to have the simple joy of listening to the way the music ebbs itself into the next stanza. The kind of music I would describe as poetic. The instrumentation and melody are always new and interesting. The first time I listened to “When we all fall asleep where do we go?” I was entranced, stolen away to a place where I felt vulnerable. This was the first time in years I had gotten to feel that way, and I had a wonderful experience taking a step back, and getting to understand myself a bit better. I couldn’t have been in that position without the immense amount of melodic understanding there was at play. Care was put into those songs. Finally, and I don’t understand the controversy over this, but Billie’s voice is a love letter to the style. Without a quality set of headphones or other audio equipment, it may be difficult to understand, but the sound of her voice in your ear is hauntingly beautiful. And it seems to speak directly to you, and then all the way through you. I also personally enjoy the whisper, especially in a field where that’s not really done. A shout is for many, a conversational voice is for a few, but a whisper? She’s talking to you. Billie and Finneas’ music feels personal. The only criticism I have is for the fan base. There’s no need for the hate and dramatics that goes on over there.

Lemme tell you a story. I am thirteen and I am at home, and I go to pick up my little brother up from school, and he’s five. (I walked, it likes 10 minutes away, don’t worry I’m not driving’)As I pick him up, he is crying. I calm him down enough to ask him what’s wrong and for an answer. He told me that a few second graders started playing this on their phones, (WHY DO SECOND GRADERS HAVE PHONES PEOPLE ARE LAZY) and it scared him. Now someone has to be in his room when he goes to bed because he feels like someone is watching him. He has such a hard time sleeping after that day, and he bursts into tears whenever he hears you. I AM SO SO SO ANGRY AT YOU!!! 😡😡😡😡 I hope he grows out of this. Also, you are so overrated. I can mumble and whisper into a microphone saying bad stuff. Listen to real singers, like, Vance Joy, Melanie Martinez, AURORA, and marshmello.

This album is so good, i’m in love with it. All the songs tell a different story and all the lyrics and vocals sound so good. Well done Billie :)
