The original lion king soundtrack form 1994 is definitely better, but I do still love that Hans Zimmer came back to make the music for this live adaptation of one of the greatest Disney movies of all time!!

I absolutely love the new version of circle of life I loved this movie in 1994 when it came out and I’m sure I’ll love it in 2019 best Disney movie and soundtrack of all time.

Not only the movie, but the songs and score are amazing and just as great as the original. The only stains are “Be Prepared (2019)” and the lack of songs from the broadway cast recording. However its almost been a year since its release and I am still blasting this soundtrack on repeat. The new versions of “Hakuna Matata” and “Can You Feel The Love Tonight” surpass the original ! I love BOTH, no ALL THREE versions of “The Lion King” from the original, to broadway, rhythm of the pride lands, all the way to the 2019 version. LONG LIVE THE KING ! 🦁🤴🏾

Should we care? All you did was copy an even better version, and Make it all about Beyoncé. Seriously no one cares. I wanted to hear a modern version of an album I grew up on and instead I hear Beyoncé aka the woman who worships herself. Not interested. Goodbye.
