i get the fact that ur angry that another band covered your favorite band, but the point of covering a song is to make it into your own style. thats what tyler did. it doesnt sound like a mcr song, because its not mcr. its twenty øne piløts. thats literally the whole point

Stop. If you don’t like this version, then why’d you come in the first place? Mcr did good, but it doesn’t mean these guys did bad. WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BE SO INFURIATING?
On a lighter note, I think you guys did good. Ignore the haters, keep writing your awesome music.
Impeccable

I like the mcr version and this one equally. Depending on what mood I’m in I can listen to one or the other. Don’t get why people expect Tyler not do a cover. He clearly thought it was good and I think it’s good too. He didn’t commercialize it, he made a unique version of Cancer.

I can truly make a personal connection to the lyrics of this song and the meaning. I love how I can listen to it for hours at a time and not get bored. It’s such a unique cover of the original song (which I love as well) and I admire that they weren’t afraid to make it a bit slower and more sober sounding than the original. All in all 10/10
This has been said before, but

Gerard sounds like he’s still fighting, while Tyler sounds like he’s given up. Either way, I love both the original and this cover.

I’m Disgusted My Chemical Romance Made This Song Perfectly. Everything About This Song Is Horrible In My Opinion. My Chemical Romance Brought This Song To Life. It’s Supposed To Be A Sad Song Not Sad And A Little Bit Of Pop With It.
